Had a baby two years ago and put on close to 10 kilos during the baby and the pandemic journey. Finally got onto #healthifyme app this January and with the excellent help of coach purva and antho, I was able to reduce more than 10 kilos with a proper diet and exercise routine !

With a toddler and travel based work, I have derailed and given up multiple times in-between but my coaches always have counseled me and have given me the right detox and bounce back exercise routines.
Very greatful and now understand that it's okay to have fun sometimes and yet come back to my healthy routines :)

I feel stronger and healthier than ever. Thank you team healthify me !
