#3 Aloe and Ginger Tea
It is an excellent option for late afternoon tea or an evening. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, it promotes healthy digestion and prevents fluid retention—these properties combined with aloe vera help reduce fat from the body.
- 1.5 inch Ginger
- 2 tsp Aloe vera gel
- 1 cup Water
Mix grated ginger with aloe vera gel.
Combine this mixture with a cup of water and bring it to a boil.
Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Pass through a strainer and serve hot.
